About this recipe:
A delicious high levels of iron, magnesium, zinc, copper , phosphorus, and manganese all in one drink.
Time: 30- 60 seconds | Level: Easy. | Serve 3
500 ml cashew milk
1 cup of frozen organic blueberries
Add the cashew milk and blueberries to a Nutribullet or high blender.
Blend for 20-40 seconds
Pour into a storage container and refrigerate 3-4 days.
