I love miso soup! For me it’s without doubt the best soup: easy to make, healthy, yummy and you can eat as much as you like without piling on the calories. What's more, you"ll be getting the perfect amount of nutrients your body needs to keep going.
JAPANESE MISO SOUP
Serve :3-4 people | Time: 20 minutes | Level: Easy
1 soba packet per person / Organic Konjac NOODLES (KETO FRIENDLY)
3 mushrooms (BEST SHIITAKE ), here
1 cup spinach
1 fresh onion
1 1/2 litre water
Pour the water into a pan. Add all the ingredients: carrot & mushrooms cut in medium size chunks
Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add now the soba and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add now the spinach and tofu.
Turn off the heat and now add the miso paste and tamari sauce. Top with parsley or fresh onion before serving
