WHITE CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PROTEIN "BONBON"

(gluten free, vegan, low carb, GMO free, lactose free)

Time: 5 minutes Active | Total Time: 10 minutes | Level: Easy

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups coconut flakes

½ cup hazelnuts

⅓ cup cacao butter 

⅓ cup coconut butter 

Few drops liquid stevia to taste 

½ tsp vanilla liquid

1 scoop of SF vanilla protein

 

METHOD:

Step 1

Preheat the oven or grill to 150°C. Spread the hazelnuts and coconut onto a tray. Carefully toast in the oven or grill so as not to burn!

Step 2

Melt the coconut butter and cacao butter in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the vegan protein powder, stevia and vanilla. They will melt heavenly.

Step 3

Combine the chocolate mix with the coconut and hazelnuts. Mix well and set into moulds. I used silicone hearts moulds. Set in the fridge and they’re ready to eat in 30 minutes to 1 hour.
