THESE DELICIOUS CARROT CAKE VEGAN ENERGY BALL RECIPES ARE ANYTHING BUT BASIC
Today I would like to share a recipe in collaboration with Start Fitness. They have developed this amazing vegan protein which tastes absolute amazing and will change your idea of vegan protein for good - yes, it’s that delicious! And before you ask, no! it doesn't taste sandy!
CARROT CAKE PROTEIN BALLS
Serve: 8- 10 balls Active time: 10 minutes Total time: 12 minutes
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vegan vanilla SF protein
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Splash of almond/any pant-based milk
unsweetened coconut for rolling
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until you achieve your preferred consistency. Personally, here I’m looking for a dry paste and no watery texture.
Spread the unsweetened coconut on a plate and cover by 0rolling the carrot cake balls, as in the video.
