THESE DECADENT PANCAKES BREAKFAST ARE ACTUALLY LOW IN CARBS AND KETO FRIENDLY

 

I made a batch of these protein low carbs pancake breakfast for @sfnutrition.
Sugar free chocolate and cherry sauce on top following by almond latte coffee.
For those of you focus on sugar intake, you can totally make these gorgeous DECADENT sugar free pancakes.

SUNDAY DECADENT PANCAKES

(low crabs, gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian)

INGREDIENTS:

For the pancakes mixture:

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup coconut dry

1 scoop of SF vanilla protein

1 cup water or almond milk

2 small eggs

1/2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

extra water if needed

For the topping:

1 cup fresh cherries

1 -2 cup of water

vanilla extract

1/2 cup of almond

METHOD:

Step 1

Add all the pancakes mixture except for the water in a blender and blend.

Step 2

Add water as needed to the pancake mixture until the consistency you like is achieved. dollop the mixture into the pan and flip over when you start to see bubbles. Leave to cool for 30 seconds.

Step 3

Ready to serve

For the topping:

Step 1

Add pitted, stemmed cherries to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for about two to three more minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and serve warm or store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Then, warm slightly before serving.
