I’m a such fan of pancakes/tortitas on Sunday morning but we’re in holidays!!!! Everyday is Sunday!!!! ;) I’m not vegan, I eat animal protein : eggs and fish but I do consider myself plant-based, and I believe a balance and healthy meal is a variety of plant food.

GLOW, COLLAGEN & PROTEIN PANCAKE
Serve: 8-10 pancakes Time: 15 minutes Level: easy
1/2 cup GF oat
1/2 cup of almond milk
5ml glow @thebeautychef
15 ml of collagen
3 white egg (for vegan option add extra almond milk)
1 egg (for a vegan option subtitled egg= A tbsp apple pure+ banana)
1 scoop of protein powder @SF vanilla vegan powder
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt @coyo_uk with thyme leaves (optional)
1. Add all your ingredients in a blender and blend.
2. Add water as needed to the pancake mixture until the consistency you like is achieved. Dollop the mixture into the pan and flip over when you start to see bubbles. Leave to cool for 30 seconds
3. Ready to serve.
