CHOCOLATE GANACHE : THE GUILTY PLEASURE CHOCOLATE THAT REDUCE STRESS AND INFLAMMATION

(low carbs, gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian or vegan)

Time active: 5-10 minutes | Total time: 40 minutes | Level : Easy |

INGREDIENTS:
For the chocolate ganache:
400 ml full fat coconut milk @bionaorganic
200gr of dark chocolate, chopped @montezumaschocs
4 drops of stevia
1 TBSP of doble cream (optional)

METHOD:
Step 1

Heat the coconut cream una saucepan. Remove form the heat and stir in the chocolate until no lamps remain.

Step 2
Add in stevia to taste and double cream.


Step 3
Ready to eat, serve..
