ROASTED SWET POTATOES & GOAT CHEESE

Serve: 4 people | Active time: 10 minutes| Total time: 30 minutes

 

METHOD:

  1. Add the cashew milk and blueberries to a Nutribullet or high blender.

    2. Blend for 20-40 seconds

    3. Pour into a storage container and refrigerate 3-4 days
