IT’S OFFICIAL! Today we’re allow to eat pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner! To be honest I’m quite into pancakes and we often make them at home.
This CookYourLife recipe uses oat and protein powder instead of flour, but I would like to share with you some of my favourites protein powders to go with it…
Recently I came across SFnutrition, a delicious brand with vegan protein. Their vegan product is made from pea and hemp protein sources making it completely animal, gluten and lactose free. But don’t worry, they haven’t failed on flavour. Their vegan protein comes in Chocolate, Berry, Vanilla and Salted Caramel flavours: I’m completely addicted to the chocolate one!

These ingredients are wholesome: pea, brown rice and hemp protein – and algae. At 30g of protein per portion, and only 2g of carbs, it ticks all the right boxes.
Serve: 10-12 pancakes Time: 15 minutes Level: easy
1/2 cup GF oat
1 scoop of protein powder.
A egg (for a vegan option subtitled egg= A tbsp apple pure+ banana)
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup nut milk
Water to dilute to taste
2 TBsp of vegan or veggie yogurt
a handful of berries
coconut caramel or agave syrup
1. Add all your ingredients except for the water in a blender and blend.
2. Add water as needed to the pancake mixture until the consistency you like is achieved. Dollop the mixture into the pan and flip over when you start to see bubbles. Leave to cool for 30 seconds
3. Ready to serve.
