Ingredients


5gr glow The Beauty Chef,
15ml collagen The Beauty Chef,
2 eggs
1/2 tsp coconut oil Fresh-Range
A fig, Chi.Food
Frozen berries
1 tsp honey Fresh-Range
Fermented kefir, Yeo Valley


Method


Step 1

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat until the oil has melted and is lightly foaming.


Step 2

Beat an egg with the glow and collagen. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan, swirling to evenly cover the base. Cook for a few mins until set and flip over.


Step 3

Plate and sprinkle with dry coconut flakes, berries, fig and warmed honey. Add some fermented kefir, roll up and serve!
