HOW TO STAY HYDRATED WITH LOW CARBS AVOCADO LEMONADE

 

Do you have dry skin or have a hard time getting through a work out? Do you often feel hungry only to realise that you were actually thirsty? This lemonade is great when you need a clean, digestive, healthy drink and stay hydrated. An ideal drink to enjoyable year around. So creamy and tasty drink.

And remember for glowing skin, weight maintenance, and abundant energy, hydration is essential

AVOCADO LEMONADE 

Serve: 1-2    Time: 3 minutes.   Level: Easy

 Ingredients:

1 cup water (try coconut water for extra yumminess)

1/2 avocado

15 ml of collagen (optional)

1 lemon, peeled

1 lime, peeled

1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

A dash of sea salt

few drops of stevia

4 – 6 ice cubes (optional)

METHOD:

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Serve in your favourite glass.
