BLUEBERRIES SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Serve : 2 people
1 serve protein Salted caramel @sfnutrition
1 cup of frozen berries
1 tbsp of Meridian Smooth Almond Butter, here
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of unsweetened Plenish Organic Almond Milk, here
1-2 Tbsp of coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
Serve in a glass and top with a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired.
