ME, MYSELF & ALOE
Morning babes!
Promise me you'll try this lovely, easy recipe... I drink Aloe Vera every morning for its anti-inflammatory properties and healing effects on skin and gut.

ALOE VERA SMOOTHIE

Serve 1           Time| 30 seconds           Level: Easy

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of orange juice or satsumas

6 cm Aloe Vera or 125 ml ALOE Vera Water instead

1/2 cup water kefir

1 tsp matcha powder

 

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients except kefir, into a blender and mix util smooth. Pour into a glass mixing in the kefir.

2. Serve with ice
