CHIA DETOX WATER | YES, PLEASE!

How are you today? I can feel the summer just round the corner. Flowers and plants are breathing out, showing us the splendour of their beauty.

Just going for a walk or run is such fun with everything looking pretty. For a big dreamer like me, life is full of dreams and lovely expectations.

It's the season of BBQ's, meeting friends, having fun and enjoy the outdoors.

Summer is just around the corner and everything looks pretty. It's time for to sharing with friends and why not start sharing amazing tasting recipes as well?

 Everything is looking great!

Now, I would like to share this lovely recipe which makes me think of summer.

CHIA SUMMER DRINK

Serve: 2 people   |    Level: Extremely easy | Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

8 Tbsp chia seeds

500 ml of water

1/2 cup of lemon juice

2 Tbsp agave syrup/honey

1/2 cup of beet juice* 

1/2 cucumber juice*

* organic, you are using raw ingredients so be aware about chemical pesticides, please.

METHOD:

1- On a glass jar add all ingredients in your preferred order.

2- Leave in the fridge for dat least 20 minutes or better, overnight.

3- You can keep them in your fridge for up to about 3 days.
