ALL YEAR-ROUND PARSLEY PESTO THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND

Gluten Free | Lactose Free | Vegan

This parsley pesto is so simple to make and perfect to keep in your fridge where you can use it for different meals over several months.
It's full of nutrients and an excellent source of vitamins A, K and C, as well as folate and iron. In my family parsley is part of our daily salad dish. It acts as a natural diuretic and helps to relieve bloating, but the really good thing about parsley is that it´s generally available and affordable all year-round.

PARSLEY PESTO
Serve : 250 gr |. Time: 2 minutes. | Level: Easy

Ingredients:
A full bouquet of parsley
3 garlic gloves
1/2 cup of mix olive oil & coconut oil

METHOD:
1- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all the ingredients above.
2- Blend/process until smooth.

I love to keep it handy in a jar to spread on toast, compliment fish or to season salad when mixed with a little vinegar.
