10 HEALTHY WAYS TO BECOME MORE PRODUCTIVE IN LIFE

  1. USE A WEEKLY|DAILY PLANNER

    I used to have everything in my head but my head isn’t really good in timing. By adding everything in paper or in your online calendar it will be easier to establish a routine and see if you will capable to do everything you are planning to do in a day. Be realistic!

  2. TIMING IS IMPORTANT

    Yes, we all know about but do yo also add your travel time on your day or similar things?. I like to add 30 minutes before and after to start my work so I not longer be late. 10-20 minutes between tasks. Breaks.

  3. CONCENTRATION

    I ONLY  do one thing at the time. No matter what, I always working in one thing at time without interfere or focus in something else. You will be very surprise in how many you can do in just 20 minutes of focus and concentration. Put your phone down and just do yous task for about 20 minutes. It’s a goal goal.

  4. DELEGATE

    Don’t be scare. Delegate is a good things. Small task to pass on it will make you feel more relax and concentrate in what it’s really important to you. Delegate is a very good think.

  5. AVOID WORKING OVER TIME

    I follow this rule a lot. I always disconnect of work at 8.00pm. You don’t want to be slave of work and to have a rest, be strong and be clear for the next time is so so important to achieve your goals and be a productive machine.
    Don’t work until late. Enjoy a glass of wine or be with friends and family instead.

  6. VISUALIZATION

    So important in my life. I always focus and visualizase exactly what I want to achieve and how I want this to happen. Teach your brain that your goals are already happening is vital to create productive stay of mind.

  7. FLEXIBILITY

    If you can finish a task. It’s ok. Make sure are not the important ones and make sure you reorganise your schedule and tap your task into it.

  8. MODUS OPERADUM | IMPORTANT THINGS FIRST.

    Do the important things ALWAYS early in the morning. So, you will avoid stress and over thinking yourself for the rest of the day. First in the morning to do and peaceful work the rest of your day.

  9. CLEAR MIND

    At the beginning of the day or at the day make sure you have where a called “stress zone”, a cup of tea or coffee with your self. No music, mobile or any distraction around you. A few minutes of total connection with you. We need to keep our self in perfect balance and ourself are the number one.

  10. I’M ENOUGHT

    We need to remember that we’re enough. Also on a bad day with a low mood, we are enough and sometimes is important to know that. Make a realistic task and don’t worry too much if we can achieve all of then. At the end of the day to be relax and ok is the big goal to keep your self on a good productive way and no over stress and unhappy with your job.
