INVIGORATING MATCHA-GREEN TEA BATH

Today, sunny in Bristol and I decided to share with you an easy & simple invigorating bath for all of you like myself who need an extra-powered today.

Everyone knows about Matcha tea and all its good properties, full of antioxidants etc but what about having a bath. Yes, this simple recipe could make your bath really fun. 

INVIGORATING MATCHA-GREEN TEA BATH

Time: 5 minutes      Level: Easy      Serve: 1

 Ingredients:

1 cup of Epsom salt

1 Tbsp matcha green tea powder

 

Instructions:

Add the ingredients into a hot bath. Stir well.

Soak for about 20 minutes

Let me know how you feel after that. it's great for mornings or afternoons... I don't recommend it before bed.
